Tiffany K. Chiu, Esq.

Tiffany is an estate planning attorney who serves the needs of individuals, families, and small business owners throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties.  Tiffany has helped clients in every stage of life prepare for the future.   From singles building up their estate to retired couples on a fixed income, Tiffany provides a customized estate plan to best fit her clients’ needs.  Also, each client receives a comprehensive estate plan – his or her entire financial situation is analyzed to address every concern. 

Prior to operating her own practice, Tiffany worked as a tax attorney in one of California’s premiere law firms.  There, she advised clients on the tax implications of major business restructuring, which included contemporaneous distributions to individual trusts.  Tiffany provided counsel regarding generational transfers and drafted related estate planning documents.  In addition, Tiffany drafted documents related to formation, financing, reorganization, conversion and dissolution of joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations.  Tiffany leverages her background in tax planning to alert clients of possible tax consequences when considering transfers within their estate plan. 

In addition, Tiffany worked in the Legal Department at a Fortune 500 Company where she was responsible for contract review and administration of stock option, incentive/deferred compensation, and employee stock purchase plans.  Tiffany’s corporate background compliments her practice by incorporating her clients’ business interests into their overall estate plan. 

Tiffany currently serves as outside counsel to Yang’s Pension Consulting, an actuarial services firm located in Fullerton, California.  Her relationship with Yang’s Pension enhances her own estate planning practice by providing her clients advice with regards to tax saving strategies by way of retirement planning.

Tiffany graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles.  She received a full scholarship to Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  Tiffany is an active member of the legal community and has served in the chambers of the Honorable James V. Selna, is certified with the State Bar of California, and a member of the Orange County Bar Association (Trusts & Estates Section).  Tiffany frequently speaks on estate planning at various events throughout the year.

Tiffany and her husband of 13 years, Randy, reside in Irvine with their sons, Brandon and Wesley.
